We run a first-party analytics tool on SwissAccs (no advertising networks). It stores an anonymous visitor ID in localStorage and records pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, button/link clicks, device/browser, referrer, and approximate country. We do not record payment details, passwords, or the contents of form fields. Event data is kept for up to 90 days and is not sold.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• Order data: 7 years (required by Swiss and EU accounting law)
• Support correspondence: 2 years after resolution
• Analytics data: aggregated only, no retention of personal data
• Marketing opt-in: until you withdraw consent
