How can your prices be so much lower?

Streaming platforms like Spotify, YouTube and Google officially charge different subscription prices depending on the country, adjusted to local purchasing power. The same Spotify Premium plan can cost a fraction of the European price in markets like Nigeria. Same app, same music catalogue, same audio quality, same servers.

Swissaccs holds a verified bank account with a licensed Nigerian financial institution. When you order, our system uses this account to purchase your subscription directly on the platform, exactly as any local subscriber would. The platform verifies the payment via the bank, not an IP address, so no VPN is involved. The result is a fully legitimate subscription at local market rates, handed to you.

Is this legal?

Yes. Regional pricing (purchasing power parity) is the official business model of every major streaming and SaaS company. They openly publish their country-specific pricing. Buying a subscription priced for a different region is not against any law in the UK, EU or Switzerland. We handle the account setup, and you receive a fully functional, legitimate subscription.

Do I really get my own account?

What's the difference between this and a "family plan share"?

What exactly do I receive after I pay?

An email with:

  • Your account's email address (a fresh address linked to the subscription)
  • A temporary password
  • Step-by-step instructions to sign in and change the password
  • Any additional notes specific to your chosen plan

Typical delivery time: under 1 hour. Most orders are processed in under 15 minutes during business hours.

Can I change the password?

Yes, and you absolutely should, as the first thing you do. Every account ships with a temporary password specifically so you can replace it with your own. Change it as often as you like. We don't need access after delivery.

Can I change the email address linked to the account?

For most services, yes. Some plans require keeping the original email for billing/verification reasons during the 12-month period. We'll tell you upfront if that's the case for your specific service. If you can't change the email, you can still change the password and have full control of usage.

Do I need a VPN to use the account?

No, and this is an important distinction. Swissaccs does not use a VPN. We use a real bank account registered with a licensed Nigerian financial institution. The platform processes a genuine local bank payment, which is why the subscription is fully stable and no VPN is needed on your end either. Once the account is active, it works normally on every device, everywhere in the world. Use the official app on your phone, laptop or TV as you normally would.

Will my playlists / library / progress carry over from my old account?

No. The account is brand new, so it starts empty. For Spotify and YouTube Music, you can export your playlists from your old account using free tools like Soundiiz or TuneMyMusic and import them in minutes. Our support team is happy to guide you through this.

Safety & guarantees

What if my account gets suspended or closed?

It's covered by our 12-month replacement guarantee. Contact us immediately. We'll investigate, fix or replace the account, or refund the remaining months. The fastest way to reach us is on Telegram, or by email at support@swissaccs.com. We respond within 2 hours, often much faster.

What if my account stops working before 12 months are up?

We provide a full 12-month replacement guarantee. If anything happens to the account before the subscription expires, contact our support team and we'll either fix it, replace it, or refund the remaining months, your choice. Reach us fastest on Telegram or at support@swissaccs.com.

What happens after 12 months?

The subscription simply expires. There's no auto-renewal and no surprise charge. You decide whether to renew with us or move on. Returning customers get a loyalty discount on their next plan.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We don't store any card details on our servers. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified partners (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). All site traffic is encrypted via TLS.

What's your refund policy?

If we can't deliver your subscription, you get a full refund within 48 hours. If your subscription stops working during the 12 months and we can't fix or replace it, you get a refund proportional to the remaining time. See our full refund policy for details.
